Since we've discussed a lot about the representation of teachers in media, one music video that overly sexualizes female teachers is that of Tame Impala's Mind Mischief. A band that is pretty famous with people our age groups, Tame Impala, a music project by Australian multi-instrumentalist Kevin Parker is known for its psychedelic audio, music that almost sounds out of this world. Being an avid fan of Tame Impala myself, I have listened to every album of theirs. But one music video that I found quite problematic is that of Mind Mischief which revolves around this school student's desire towards his teacher who is seen overly sexualized in the video.
I don't think I've seen a lot of teacher representation in music so this was definitely very eye opening and informative
